Do restaurants need a new app?
Restaurants can keep replying by email. Banquets keeps the conversation with your event.
When are inquiries sent?
You choose the restaurants, review your inquiry and choose to send it. Creating a brief or adding a restaurant to your shortlist does not contact it.
What happens to PDFs?
Restaurant documents stay attached to their conversations. Review the original document alongside proposal terms and confirm any details that are unclear.
Can I compare incomplete proposals?
Yes. Missing terms remain marked as unknown or not received. They are not treated as zero, included or confirmed.
